Pritam Pyaare is an old student of mine. He is very famous RJ. His programme ” Bhabhi Ka Show ” on 93.5 Red FM is very famous. Before this he worked for 98.3 Radio Mirchi also for the show ” Total Filmy “ . I met him recently. Posting his photograph also.

CHENNAI – TAMILNADU – INDIA            JANUARY 30 , 2015   01.00 A.M.

I first wrote about   Vaitheeswaran Koil   in my Travel Diary No. 4 . It was posted on November 29 , 2011 . It was my first visit of the temple town , which is situated in Nagapattinam district of  Tamil Nadu . Though I visited   Vaitheeswaran Koil  again in 2012 and for the 3rd time again in 2013 with my wife and son but that time I did not write my travel diary about this temple town . In 2012 I wrote only about Karaikal [ Puducherry ] . It is there in my Travel Diary No. 15 of  December 28 , 2012 .

Whenever I visit a new place , I always remember these famous lines of the great modern Hindi poet Agyeya :

पार्श्व गिरि का नम्र चीड़ों में , डगर चढ़ती उमंगों सी ;

But this is uncanny that it never happened with the temple town of   Vaitheeswaran Koil   . This year it was my 4th consecutive visit and I decided to write about   Vaitheeswaran Koil   once again .

I took late evening flight from Mumbai and landed in Chennai late in the night on January 23, 2015 . After night stay at Hotel Golden Tower , I took a cab for   Vaitheeswaran Koil   on January 24, 2015 in the early morning and reached there in the evening .

In 2013 I visited goddess Saraswati temple in Koothnoor village of Nagapattinam district of Tamil Nadu . Before this visit I had never visited any temple dedicated to Mata Saraswati . This year I skipped it . I started my pilgrimage of NAVA GRAHA temples from next morning.

1 – CHANDRAN – THINGALUR : With my wife and son , I visited Chandran or Chandra temple first. It is situated in the Thingalur village of Thanjavur district . This is the only temple which is not in Nagapattinam district.

3 – RAGHU – THIRUNAGESWARAM : In local parlance it is called Raghu temple . We know it as Rahu . This is the third among the NAVA GRAHA . Raghu is flanked by SRI NAGAVALLI and SRI NAGA KANNI in this temple situated in Thirunageswaram village.

4 – SANEESWARA – THIRUNALLAR ( KARAIKAL ) : The next stop after lunch was Shani temple of Karaikal . It is situated in Thirunallar , a part of Karaikal and is known as Saneeswara Bhagawan Sannithi. .

5 – BUDHAN – THIRUVENKADU : After Shani DARSHANAM , we visited Budh temple , which in local parlance is known as Budhan. The village where it is situated is Thiruvenkadu .

6 – KEDHU – KEEZHA PERUMPALLAM : Our last temple of the day one was Ketu temple. Known as Kedhu in Tamil, it is situated in a village called Keezha Perumpallam.

7 – SURYAN – SURIYANARKOIL : After day one , we started our second day with Surya temple in Suriyanarkoil village. For local people it is known as Suryan temple.

Sometimes hidden hands of unknown and mysterious future play cruel, cussed and complicated games with our lives. To know how, have a look : My elder son Nitin was born on February 21, 1977.  And my younger son Gaurang got married to Namita on February 21, 2015.  There is 38 year gap between the two chapters of my life but the date [ February 21 ] is same.

Nitin, at the age of 18, died a premature death in Mumbai on February 25, 1994. And my daughter-in-law Namita entered into my house for the first time on February 25, 2015.   Again there is 21 year gap between these two chapters of my life’s journey but again the date [ February 25 ] is same.

Isn’t it uncanny? Though it all started with Gaurang’s engagement to Namita on November 24, 2014. But the similarity of other two dates make me numb. It seems surreal. It seems quirky. It seems strange. It is definitely uncanny.

Is there some hidden meaning, which I am unable to read? Is there some mystery, which I am unable to unravel? Is God trying to say something in a subtle way, which I am unable to understand? Is there some divine signal, which I am unable to see? I have no answers. Only time knows. Only fate will tell.

At the time of writing this blog, I am a bit unnerved and concerned for my future. After marriage, daughters go to their husband’s house and sons take a new path. They start preparing for their own lives. A new life begins, but sadly an old journey comes to an abrupt end. With my elder son gone 21 years back and other two sons starting their own individual journey, I stare at a lonely future. And yes, I am getting old and I am becoming weak too by each passing day.

हर रोज़ निकलता है सूरज , और शाम को ढलता जाता है ,

I always secretly wish that my wife should precede me in death. I don’t want her to live longer than me and suffer. Though, not a good husband myself, I still feel that I can take better care of her. I am stronger than her and have thick skin to tolerate all kinds of old-age related family problems. Her death will certainly make me lonely, forlorn and melancholy but for her peace of mind, I wish it to happen.

With everyone gone or getting busy with their lives, I dread a hypothetical scenario of my future life, which might happen soon, rather very soon.

I imagine and visualise myself as an old, frail, emaciated, infirm and rickety man with a forlorn mind and dotage-stricken body.  I see that I am unable to walk ………………….. unable to do my daily chores ………………………………. waiting for my morning cup of tea, but in vain ……………… looking for my cold breakfast, delayed lunch and much delayed dinner with unending anticipation …………………….. waiting hopelessly for someone to spend time with me  ………………………… somebody to listen to my asinine talks ……………………………  someone to share my toothless chuckle …………………….. but alas ………………… ! Wait might be unending. Perhaps no one will be there.

My two sisters are definitely there for me but they are happily married. They do care for me. They do try to help me and solve my problems as much as possible. They are really concerned for my well-being. But they too have their own lives. They have their own family. They have their own problems.

My brothers are there. We have now much better understanding among ourselves. We have become mature and have become more sensitive about each other’s feelings and way of thinking. But they too are getting old. They don’t tell me but they must be having their own problems and complications.

I don’t have a daughter. Tanya a.k.a. Aryama is my niece. She has grown up as a beautiful swan. During the marriage, I had severe pain in my right leg. Tanya came to me. She gave me helping hand, so that I can climb stairs of the hotel, I was staying in. She served me lunch and dinner and that too with perfection. She is still a kid with dreams in her eyes. But she gave me succour and that too without being asked. She could have been a support in my old age. But as stated earlier, one day she has to marry and leave me permanently for her marital bliss. Same is the case with Saumya, another niece of mine.

Whenever I used to think about my advancing age, my impending loneliness and the above mentioned imaginary future, I used to just sit and ponder. But now I think I have an answer. I am sensing the divine signal.

Namita’s wedding date and Nitin’s birth date is same. The date when she entered into my house, never to leave us and the date when my elder son left this world, never to return to us, is same. First letter of their names are also same. I think NAMITA has been sent by God to replace my deceased son and yes, She is also the daughter I never had. I feel she has come as a succour to my future melancholic being and a helping hand during my lonely old age.

A day after her arrival, my wife got hurt. She sat near her and nursed her till the wee hours of dawn. She massaged her body, put ointment, made hot water bag to sooth her. Even when her husband called her she firmly replied that “at this moment mummy ji needs me more than you.”

I couldn’t say anything. I heard the conversation in silence, in disbelief. I was standing there dumbfounded. I never realised when tears started rolling down my cheeks. That night, in the pitch darkness, I could see a faint glimmer of hope for me and my future.

With tears in my eyes, gratitude in my heart and a faint hope for my future life, I welcome the new member in my family. I welcome NAMITA ; The Daughter I Never Had !

Let me admit that to most of the readers of my blog , the name Krishna Kalle means nothing . Her name doesn’t ring a familiar sound . To general public also , Krishna Kalle remains almost unknown. But for few people like me , who grew in the 60s , Krishna Kalle was a known name in the Hindi film music world. Her name does ring a familiar sound for the music buffs. So when I read about her death, I was saddened. She went unwept and unsung.

She died on March 15, 2015 at the age of 74 in Mumbai.

In the era of Lata Mangeshkar , she , along with Suman Kalyanpur , Mubarak Begam , Kamal Barot and Sharda tried hard to be in the limelight. All the above mentioned five playback singers , who were good in their own way , failed to make any significant mark in the era of a colossus known as Lata Mangeshkar. When even a giant like Asha Bhosle was also struggling to make her mark, what would anyone expect from the likes of Krishna Kalle , Suman Kalyanpur , Mubarak Begam , Kamal Barot and Sharda ?

For me Krishna Kalle is synonymous with few hit songs of 60s and early 70s. Meri Hasraton Ki Duniya  , her duet with Mohammad Rafi in a film called  ” Gaal Gulabi Nain Sharabi ” [ 1974 ]   and Hume Toh Maar Diya  , a duet with Mahendra Kapoor from the film ” Hum Kahan Ja Rahe Hain ” [ 1966 ] are still fresh in my memory. For the connoisseurs of old Hindi film songs, these are unforgettable gems. Other famous films of that era , which have her memorable songs ,  are : Hum Kahan Ja Rahe Hain  [ 1966 ] , Bambai Raat Ki Bahon Mein [ 1967 ] , Raaz [ 1967 ] , Naunihal [ 1967 ] , Shikar [ 1968 ] , Sati Sulochana [ 1969 ] and Gaal Gulabi Nain Sharabi  [ 1974 ]

She was born in Karwar. As her father were serving at Kanpur, she completed her schooling from there . She got the sanskar of Hindi and Urdu over there. At the age of 16, she started singing at Kanpur Radio Station. She sung in various Yatra singeet mahotsav in Uttar Pradesh and got popularity. In 1957, she was honoured with national level youth singing awards by India’s first president Rajendra Prasad and first prime minister Jawaharlal Nehru. The following year, she bagged the All India Sugam Sangeet Award first prize , K.L. Sehgal Memorial’s Golden Voice Award and many others. And after this she got a job with All India Radio in 1960.

Arun Date first heard her voice, when she visited Mumbai . He introduced her to music director Yashwant Dev. This started her journey as Marathi singer.

She was active in the Hindi film industry for about a decade from 1960s to the 1970s. She sang over 200 Bollywood songs, 100 Marathi movie songs, 100 bhajans, ghazals and devotional songs . She also released non-film albums with famous singers like Manna Dey, Mohammed Rafi.

Krishna Kalle has been named for the ‘Lata Mangeshkar Award for Lifetime Achievement’ instituted by the Maharashtra government. Some other personalities who bagged the ‘Lata Mangeshkar Award for Lifetime Achievement’ include : Manna Dey, Anil Biswas, Sudhir Phadke, Khayyam, Mahendra Kapoor, Suman Kalyanpur, Sulochana Chavan, Kalyanji (Shah), Manik Verma and Hridaynath Mangeshkar. Thus getting the above mentioned prestigious award shows her calibre as an artiste.

After her death, I tried to remember other hit songs of Krishna Kalle , apart from above mentioned two ,  but my memory failed me. Suddenly I found a website, where link of some of the songs are given . URL of the website is :

For people like me she was one of the representatives of the golden era of Hindi film music.

A Telugu and Hindi film maker of repute,  Daggubati Rama Naidu died on February 18, 2015 at the age of 79.

He was the founder of Suresh Productions and has a place in the Guinness Book of World Records for the most films produced by an individual, having produced more than 150 films in 13 Indian languages. He also served as a member of parliament for the Bapatala constituency of Guntur District in the 13th Lok Sabha from 1999 to 2004.

In 2012, Ramanaidu was conferred with the third highest civilian award in the Republic of India, the Padma Bhushan, in recognition for his contribution to Telugu cinema . In 2009, he was conferred with the Dada Saheb Phalke Award, the highest award for films in Indian cinema.

Times Celebex, a monthly rating index of the stars of Hindi cinema, was started by Times of India in September 2012. Data is collected from 60+ publications and 250+ TV channels. It is being published in Bombay Times on the monthly basis. After end of the year, an annual list is also published.

I have already written 2 blogs about my students, who got featured  in Times Celebex. From this year I have decided to write on it on yearly basis. So this the 1st blog about 2014, the year gone by.

In 2014, my 12 students figured in the list of 50 male stars.  They are : HRITIK ROSHAN , RANBIR KAPOOR , SAIF ALI KHAN , ARJUN KAPOOR , VARUN DHAWAN , IMRAN KHAN , JOHN ABRAHAM , EMRAAN HASHMI , ARJUN RAMPAL , SONU SOOD , KUNAL KAPOOR & JIMMY SHERGILL .

They stand at 5th, 6th, 8th, 9th, 11th, 19th, 20th, 22nd, 23rd, 25th, 41st & 42nd position respectively.

So my success rate in 2014 is 24% among the male stars.

Among the 3 Box Office winners, my student ARJUN KAPOOR stands 3rd.

Among the 3 most searched online stars, my student HRITIK ROSHAN stands 3rd.

Among the 5 most followed stars on Social Media, my student HRITIK ROSHAN stands 5th.

22%  is an impressive percentage considering the fact that every day numerous acting institutes are mushrooming in Mumbai and many of them have no quam in adopting unethical means. Several upstarts are also there, crowing their neck out and cawing loudly to get heard and counted.

It was a VIJAYA DASHAMI Day in the month of October 1989. On that fateful day, early in the morning, I left my native place Deoria for Mumbai. Cold breeze of early October morning, though not very chilling , was caressing my body and making me numb . Few close friends came to the station to see me off. I didn’t utter a word, didn’t shed tears but I was on the verge of crying. I got emotional. In my heart I knew that I was leaving my birthplace for ever. Even though I might visit it once or twice in a year, but it would be just a visit. It can’t be, in fact it won’t be same again.

Train chugged out of Deoria station and slowly left the city. I landed in Mumbai next day in the night. From a shaky start to a firm footing of today, it took me 25 long years to accomplish my dream . When I re-visit my last 25 years in Mumbai , I find that it was a tumultuous journey, full of numerous pitfalls, littered with few milestones.

I have 3 type of people in my social circle in Deoria. There are friends, who were sad and concerned for my uncertain future. Then there are enemies, who were happy. My banishment was an unimagined windfall, an uncalled riddance.

There is another group in Deoria. I call then FRENEMIES [ Friend + Enemy ]. They are friends in my presence but become heartless enemies in my absence. They were ecstatic. They were feeling orgasm. They were sure that I was heading for a disaster. They were sure that I am doomed beyond redemption.

For my FRENEMIES, I became subject of ridicule and insult. I was humiliated profusely in front of whole town and became butt of jokes. I was aware of it but thought not to respond. In my earlier years in Mumbai, I lived like a recluse. I lived incommunicado. No one knew about my job or about my whereabouts.

Away from the prying eyes of my FRENEMIES, I was slowly climbing the stairs of success. I was diligently scaling the heights of fame and When I earned a name for myself, I thought that I must do something to make my FRENEMIES realise that their ecstasy was futile. That their orgasm was in vain. That I didn’t perish in an alien land. I thought to share my gain of knowledge with the city of my birth.

Since I train actors , so my contribution could have been in that field only. I decided to give acting training to young aspiring boys and girls of Deoria. It was in a way my answer to all my FRENEMIES. It was a gentle way to say, “look my dear FRENEMIES, I have not perished. I have not failed. I have not degenerated either.”

In these 25 years I have trained 03 boys from Deoria. 03 is definitely not a very impressive number but a small city like Deoria doesn’t have very conducive atmosphere for fine arts.

Rajneesh is my first student from Deoria . He joined me when I was completing 20th year in Mumbai.

His father Shri Shri Chand Gore is a famous journalist and used to write for famous Hindi daily ” Janasatta “. He was lecturer of English Literature in Marwari Inter College, Deoria. Gore sahab is a very dear friend and a respected, reputed figure in the social circle of Deoria.

Rajneesh was in the Batch No. 38 of my previous institute . He, after completing training,  is struggling to make a mark in the tinsel town. He is soft and gentle and can easily fill the void, created by the sad demise of Bharat Bhushan, the star of films like “Baiju Bawra”. Rajneesh Gore is also capable of doing roles, which Amol Palekar used to do during his hey-days.

His only obstacle could be the evil influence of self-proclaimed reincarnations of Stanislavsky. The ill-advice of upstarts of facebook acting institute can derail his journey.

KARAN TRIPATHI : [ Batch No. 83 ]

Karan, my second student of Deoria, is also son of a dear friend of mine . Shri Sudhakar Mani Tripathi is a renowned public figure of Deoria. He used to edit and publish a Hindi weekly ” JAN CHAKSHU “. He is lecturer in B. R. D. Degree College , Deoria and currently the President of  NAGARI PRACHARINI SABHA , Deoria .

Karan was in Batch No. 83 of Vidur Acting Institute . He completed the course in 2014 and working hard to accomplish his dream . He is capable of playing negative and positive roles in Hindi and Bhojpuri serials and films .

If he works hard, plans his moves intelligently and with precision and doesn’t leave the film line in haste, he could be another Pran, the legendary actor. But the “if” is very big “IF” indeed.

Third boy of Deoria, Chandan, is the son of an acquaintance of mine . His family runs fruit juice shop at Moti Lal Road, Deoria. He was planning to come to Mumbai since long but could manage to came only in 2014 .

He was in Batch No. 90 of Vidur Acting Institute . He completed his course in March 1015 and has started his journey as an actor . He is capable of acting in negative and positive roles in Hindi and Bhojpuri films and serials.

Karan and Chandan joined me in the Silver Jubilee year of my career.

On behalf of all the students & staff of VIDUR Acting Institute , VIDUR Editing Studio , VIDUR Club and VIDUR Merchandise, I congratulate my above mentioned 03 students of DEORIA.

I wish them a brilliant future. Their success will make me proud and will always remind me that my 25 year-long banishment from Deoria was not in vain. It was a risk worth taking.

Even if they don’t accomplish what I see and wish for them, still their existence in Deoria will be a gentle reminder to my FRENEMIES that away from the confines of my well-settled life of Deoria, I struggled hard in an alien place and make a name for myself.

But RAJNEESH GORE, KARAN TRIPATHI and CHANDAN RAUNIYAR can’t fail. They have to succeed. They have to succeed for me. They have to succeed for their own dreams.

When Narendra Modi got elected as the Prime Minister of India, many people, mainly his opponent and detractors thought that foreign policy will be his Achilles Heels. But they were for rude shock. Narendra Modi made giant leap in foreign policy affairs and now criss-cross the world arena as a colossus.

His lectures in front of India Diaspora in United States of America and Australia last year and more recently in Canada this year made history.

Next month he is going to China. As per news paper reports, same euphoric welcome awaits him in Shanghai. Here is the report :

Devastating earthquake has taken its toll in Nepal and has attracted attention of the whole world. Everyone rushed to help and rescue. I heard and read that a big team of R.S.S. [ RASHTRIYA SWAYAMSEVAK SANGH ] led by Sah Sar Karyavah Shri Dattatreya Hosable is rushing to Nepal. I was eager to read the news about R.S.S. relief work but national and international media was silent. TV channels also ignored it. Luckily Mr. Rahul Kanwal tweeted about R.S.S. relief work and posted some pictures also. I am re-posting his tweets so that who wants to know about the subject must read it.

I used to respect Arun Shourie a lot. As a journalist he was a crusader. He unearthed many scams during Indira Gandhi regime. But being an able journalist is another thing and being an administrator is totally different.

I was perplexed when Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee inducted him in his ministry as Dis-investment Minister. When a party wins an election and forms government, it is assumed that many loyal, old and dedicated workers will be rewarded. Therefore when a rank outsider like Arun Shourie was given a post in the Vajpayee government, it was baffling and a bit disturbing.

My fears were proven right when I read about Arun Shourie’s latest interview. What he said to Karan Thapar, was not a critique of NDA 2. It was his frustration of not getting birth in Narendra Modi government. I am not privy to many things but I can answer his charges point by point.

Let me clarify that he is not a BJP ideologue as claimed by many journalists. He was a rank outsider, chosen by Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee to serve the government. It is a common norm in USA. But This is India. Here people care for their own benefit, their own power and their own well-being. So induction of this rank opportunist in the Vajpayee cabinet was a mistake.

Let us have a look at the charges of Shourie. My answer is given in blue along with every point :

Shourie slams Narendra Modi: 10 things he said

In an exclusive interview with Headlines Today’s Karan Thapar on the first anniversary of BJP-led NDA government on Friday, Arun Shourie, one of the most influential BJP ideologues during the Atal Bihari Vajpayee government, criticised Prime Minister Narendra Modi for poor handling of the Indian economy and turning a blind eye to the attacks on minorities by the right-wing groups. Here are the 10 things that Arun Shourie said about Modi government in the interview: Full text of Arun Shourie’s interview

1) The government lacks clear thinking. The government has good ideas but poor in implementation. There is a big gap between perception and promise, and projection and performance. The government must become low profile.

My Answer : Modi government has “good ideas” and it lacks “clear thinking”. How both things are possible at the same time? Modi government is going to complete 1 year in this month. How on earth anyone can “implement”  all the promises in 1 year. Shourie wants the government to perform and yet want it to become “low profile”.

2) Modi’s economic policy is directionless. There is no big picture in economy policy. Modi’s focus on the economy is like a CM. He should focus more on policy instead of projects.

My Answer : Shourie wants Modi to become “low profile” and yet wants to see “big picture” regarding the economy. Economic policies are not going to deliver results in just 1 year.

3) Modi’s foreign policy is a success but India has to follow-up on the MoUs. Modi needs to execute policies quickly. China is a principal challenge for India. India’s foreign policy is getting reoriented. Modi has to move much faster. Nobody is waiting for us. The US is already feeling impatient. Keeping Sushma Swaraj on the margins is wrong.

My Answer : Shourie praises Narendra Modi for successful foreign policy and yet alleges that MEA Sushma Swaraj ji is marginalised. How can any foreign policy be successful without MEA?

4) Lack of clarity in government on Pakistan. Need a steadier gaze towards Pakistan.

My Answer : What a logic Shourie! Foreign policy of India is successful, yet no clarity on Pakistan. Only a biased person , who is claiming as an intellectual can give this kind of brilliant(?) logic.

5) Investment has not picked up. The government can’t ignore India inc warnings. The government needs to wake up. Investors still have hope but the industrial sector is waiting for concrete moves. The growth claims are only to make headlines and the government only wants to manage headlines.

My Answer : Again a brilliant (?) logic! “Investors still have hope But…….growth claims are only to make headlines”. He conveniently forgets what Ratan Tata said about the government.

6) Uncertainty exists over tax regime. Tax regime is confused. The government is alienating the investors. It is backtracking on tax decisions.

My Answer : GST legislation is about to be passed. Consensus achieved in 12 months, which alluded us for 12 long years.Various other reforms are about to happen. What else can you desire in 1 year?

7) India needs labour reforms. There was no need for land bill controversy. Ordinances were ill-advised. They led to disruptions. BJP supported the previous Land Bill. Allies were not taken into confidence. Modi must embrace the opposition. No reform can take place without the oppositions’ support. The opposition is ganging up against Modi and the BJP is frightening others.

My Answer : Shourie seems to be delusional. He alleges, “Ordinances were ill-advised. They led to disruptions.” But he forgets that Ordinance was promulgated because there were disruptions. Shourie wants to twist the happenings of the Rajya Sabha.

8) Vacancies in critical posts are worrying. Don’t know why the posts are not filled. Vital institutions are suffering. Institutions are being starved to death. Institutions are being devalued.

My Answer : There is a thing in governance which is called and is known as PREROGATIVE. It is government’s prerogative to fill the posts. It is none of Shourie’s business.

9) The government must respond to minority fears. Govt has failed on assuring minorities. No response to concern of minorities. Alienating minorities is dangerous. The Christians are rightfully upset. PM should speak out often. Modi must speak on critical issues. Modi silent on moral questions.

My Answer : During elections Narendra Modi said and still says ” SABKA SAATH, SABKA VIKAS ” . All the act of attacks on Christians have turned out to be petty crimes by criminals. I don’t need to give details. Shourie must be knowing them. If he doesn’t know , then he is ignorant and shouldn’t be taken seriously. As for Muslims are concerned, there were few unwarranted utterances by fringe elements, which were duly condemned by the BJP.

10) The monogrammed suit was inexplicable, a critical mistake. Don’t understand why he wore it.

My Answer : The last point clarifies the dishonesty of Shourie. First of all , it was a gift. Narendra Modi wore it for just one day. It was subsequently auctioned and the amount was deposited in the treasury. It is old practise of the Prime Minister. He auctions all the gift he gets and the proceeds are deposited in the government treasury and is later on used for some charitable purposes. It is a settled case. But Shourie rakes it up again. It clears that his intention is not to give a critique, but he dishes out his venom because he fails to find a place in the union cabinet.

Narendra Modi government will be completing one year in office on May 25th, 2015. To commemorate the occasion, there are many articles and several unsolicited advises for Narendra Modi in various newspapers and TV channels. All the critics assume as if he is not Narendra Modi, the hugely successful Chief Minister of Gujarat for 12 long years, but a school kid and knows nothing about politics. Therefore he should be advised about governance.

Every government of the day is prone to criticism and analysis. People should criticize, scrutinize and put forward suggestions for good governance. Some friends and well-wishers of Narendra Modi are rightly doing so.

There are some enemies also. These secular, Left-Liberal, Nehruvian socialists are his political opponents and a group of journalists, known in Social Media as PRESSTITUTES. Congress leaders and leaders of other parties are hellbent that this government must fail and a discredited Narendra Modi should be banished from New Delhi and live there after in perpetual disgrace. PRESSTITUTES are helping them in this endeavour.

And there are FRENEMIES [ Friends in his presence + Enemies in his absence ] also. In the garb of forwarding constructive critique, they are dishing out biased, highly opinionated and one-sided, false stories. These disgruntled lot want to defame Narendra Modi and his government at any cost because they are not entertained by him and are not getting anything from this government. Arun Shourie, for sure, is one of them. He is the kingpin of Narendra Modi’s FRENEMIES.

Shourie can’t see national and international press writings about Modi government. He seems to be unaware of the views of the world leaders about PM Modi and the international accolades he is getting. Though,he praises Modi government’s foreign policy, but still finds faults with it.

Arun Shourie is highly critical about the economic policy orientation of Modi government. He forgets MAKE IN INDIA campaign. He is oblivious of JAN DHAN YOJANA / JAN SURAKSHA YOJANA . MAKE IN INDIA is for the industry and gigantic enterprises. JAN DHAN / JAN SURAKSHA schemes are for the poor populace. Thus Modi government is taking care of all the sections and segments of Indian society.

Shourie doesn’t care about the statistics provided by government or independent sources, but has gumption to come on national television and hurl unsubstantiated charges and proffer it as critique. He certainly has a hidden agenda.
